    Care Prepaid Scheduled Maintenance Plans

    It’s time to put your maintenance plan on cruise control. With Care1, you have a variety of available prepaid scheduled maintenance plans to choose from, depending on your model year. Care plans are designed to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from fixed parts-and-labor costs on manufacturer-recommended scheduled maintenance intervals at your local dealer.

        Care Details

      The Care1 allows you to choose from up to seven prepaid scheduled maintenance plans: Care Basic, Care Extra, and Care 40 through 100 plans. 

      – Care is available for purchase only at participating authorized dealerships in the U.S. Plans may be purchased either at the time of retail sale or lease of a vehicle or at any time before the first scheduled maintenance interval provided under the plan is due.

      – It may be possible to finance the cost of a Care plan as part of your vehicle loan or lease3 provided you make that decision at the time of purchase or lease. Consult with your dealership or financing source for details.

        Plus, you can have a backup plan should you ever run into some trouble on the road. All 2016 and newer models come with 24-Hour Roadside Assistance for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever occurs first) that conveniently includes no-charge towing, battery jump start service, flat tire service, fuel delivery service, and more.4

          Care1 Plan Details

          Care Basic2 can be purchased for model year 2017 through model year 2019 vehicles and provides the 10,000-mile and 20,000-mile manufacturer-recommended scheduled maintenance as stated in your vehicle’s USA Warranty and Maintenance booklet. 

          Care Extra2 can be purchased for model year 2014 and newer vehicles (except for Routan) and provides the 30,000-mile manufacturer-recommended scheduled maintenance as stated in your vehicle’s USA Warranty and Maintenance booklet. 

          Care 40 through 100 plans2 may be purchased for model year 2014 and newer vehicles (except for Routan). These packages follow the manufacturer-recommended scheduled maintenance intervals2 below, as specified in your vehicle’s USA Warranty and Maintenance booklet.  

          – Care 40: 40,000-mile
          – Care 50: 50,000-mile
          – Care 60: 60,000-mile
          – Care 70: 70,000-mile
          – Care 80: 80,000-mile
          – Care 90: 90,000-mile
          – Care 100: 100,000-mile

          Note: All scheduled maintenance services must be completed by a participating Volkswagen dealer in order to qualify under this program.

All scheduled maintenance must be completed by a participating authorized dealer in order to qualify under Care plans. The mileage and yearly intervals shown are for demonstration purposes only. highly recommends that a maintenance service be performed within 1,000 miles of the manufacturer-scheduled maintenance interval or one year from the date of last scheduled maintenance service, whichever occurs first. Plans expire once the last Scheduled Maintenance Interval covered under such plan has been exceeded by three months or 6,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Restrictions apply.
